Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect when you use this site, why we collect it, and who it goes to. This site is used for our advertising, so it is a short site with one purpose: to let you ask us for a free in-home consultation.

Information you give us

When you complete the form on this site, you provide:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your ZIP code
• Your email address, which is optional
• Your answers to the short questions about your bathroom and your timing

We ask for nothing else. We do not ask for financial information on this site, and we will never ask you for a bank account, card number or Social Security number through this form.

Information collected automatically

Like most advertisers, we record how you arrived so we can tell which ads are worth running. This includes:

• Advertising click identifiers from Google, such as the click ID attached to the link you followed
• Campaign details in the link, such as the campaign, ad group, keyword and device
• The page you arrived on and the site that referred you
• Standard analytics data collected by Google Analytics, such as approximate location, browser and device type, and the pages you viewed

How we use it

• To contact you about the consultation you requested
• To schedule and carry out that consultation, and to quote your project
• To measure our advertising, so we can tell which ads produce genuine requests and stop paying for the ones that do not
• To keep records of requests we have received, and to meet our legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

We share information with a small number of service providers:

• Resend, which delivers your request to our sales team by email.
• Cloudflare, which hosts this site and stores our record of your request.
• Google, for Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads conversion measurement.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

What Google receives

So that Google can tell us which ads produced a real request, we send Google a confirmation that a request happened, together with your contact details in a scrambled form. Your email address and phone number are converted into an irreversible code in your own browser before they are sent. Google compares that code against codes it already holds and cannot read your actual details from it. Our own record of your request stores those codes rather than your phone number or email address.

Cookies and similar technologies

This site uses cookies set by Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads to measure visits and conversions. It also uses your browser's own storage to remember your answers if you leave the form part way through, so you do not have to start again. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on. Doing so does not stop you using this site or contacting us.

How long we keep it

We keep your request for as long as we need it to respond to you, to carry out any work you go on to order, and to meet our record keeping and legal obligations. Our advertising measurement records, which do not contain your name, phone number or email address in readable form, are kept for advertising reporting.

Your choices

• Stop hearing from us. Tell whoever calls you, or contact the office below, and we will stop.
• See or delete what we hold. Contact the office below and we will tell you what we have about you, correct it, or delete it, unless we are required to keep it.

Children

This site is aimed at homeowners. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change how this site handles your information, we will change this page and update the date at the top of it.
